  • Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may take slightly longer.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order is processed, it will be shipped.

  • Delivery within New Zealand typically takes 2–5 business days, and 5–12 business days for international orders.

  • We do our best to make the entire shopping and delivery experience as smooth as possible.
